Being central to all the services of Palm Beach, local shopping and banks are just across the road, whilst cafes, takeaways and restaurants are all within a five minute walk. Churches, chemists, dentists, doctors, specialist centre and after hours medical centre are all within a ten minute walk if needed.

The "Clubs" at Tweed Heads or the Gold Coast's Casino, cinemas and regional shopping centres are all just 15 minutes away, as is the airport and railway station. Golf and Bowls Clubs abound on the Gold Coast, with several nearby. There is a local bus stop at our front entrance and we are happy to assist with any local travel requirements.

By the beach at Palm Beach on Queensland's Gold Coast (one of the Coast's quieter coastal suburbs) we are situated midway between Tweed Heads / Coolangatta to the south and Surfers Paradise to the north.
